1. About the App

The TWT Nutrition App is operated by TWT Online and provides general recipe, meal-planning and nutrition support through app.twt.coach.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and acknowledge the Privacy Policy.

3. Account Responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and confirm your email before accessing the app. You are responsible for activity under your account.

4. General Nutrition Support Only

TWT Nutrition App provides general nutrition and meal-planning support only. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from a doctor, dietitian or qualified health professional.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for deciding whether recipes, ingredients and nutrition approaches suit your needs. You should check ingredients, allergens and suitability before preparing or eating any recipe.

Seek professional advice if you are pregnant, managing a medical condition, recovering from injury or illness, taking medication, or unsure whether a nutrition approach is suitable for you.

6. Nutrition Estimates

Calories, macros, costs and prep times are estimates only. For accurate tracking, weigh and log your own ingredients.

7. Subscriptions and Paid Access

Some features may require a paid subscription. Subscription billing is handled by Stripe. You can manage or cancel your subscription through the app where available. Depending on Stripe and subscription settings, access may continue until the end of the paid billing period after cancellation.

8. Refunds and Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. Refunds are handled in line with Australian Consumer Law and any applicable subscription terms.

9. Changes to Features

Features, recipes, pricing, access rules and content may change over time.

10. Availability

The app may be unavailable at times due to maintenance, outages, updates or third-party service issues.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not misuse the app, try to bypass paid access, scrape, copy or redistribute the recipe database, or interfere with app security or systems.

12. Intellectual Property

TWT Online owns or licenses the app content, recipes, branding and design unless otherwise stated. You may use the app for personal use, but you must not copy or redistribute app content without permission.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, TWT Online is not responsible for indirect loss, misuse of the app, or decisions you make based on general app content. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

14. Termination

TWT Online may suspend or remove access if you breach these Terms or misuse the app.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
