We collect information to create and manage accounts, provide recipes and meal-planning features, save favourites, build weekly plans and shopping lists, manage subscription access, improve the app, respond to support requests, and meet legal or compliance requirements.

We use third-party services to run the app, including Supabase for authentication, user accounts and database services, Stripe for payment and subscription management, and Netlify for hosting and app infrastructure.

7. Payments

Payment details are handled by Stripe. TWT Online does not directly store full card details.

8. Overseas Disclosure and Processing

Our third-party service providers may process or store information outside Australia. By using the app, you acknowledge that your information may be handled in other countries where those providers operate.

We take reasonable steps to protect personal information. However, no internet service, hosting platform or data transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
